An email/call/text will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. 

DELIVERY 

Island-Wide Delivery is available at an additional fee of $5. An email/call/text will be sent to you to arrange delivery.

Note: As spiral ties are Made to Order, turnaround Time is 2 days. TAT is the maximum time allowed between when an order is received, made & dispatched. 

*In the event you do not show up for pickup/delivery, I will make a 2nd attempt at contacting you & will hold on to the item(s) for 14 days *No reimbursement.  

*In the event you cannot be available to collect your item(s) on your specified date, kindly email me at info@benditbda.com to confirm a new delivery date. Thank you! 😊
